Ordered food, sat in drive throughline for 15-20 minutes waiting with one car in front of me. Being manager myself, I do understand the wait , but this has happened more than five times and and my employees go to get food , it is incorrect and I have to send them back. This mcdonalds I will not ever go there again. Thank you.
